02What stalled growth looks like

Growth that quietly stops.

Most Amazon agencies sell complexity. The smartest brands quietly buy clarity instead.

Stalled momentum is recoverable. It just needs the right routine.

The Etail Hero team at work in the Austin office.
Austin, Texas. Ads, catalog, account health and supply chain sit in one room.
  1. Ad spend up, sales flat

You cannot out-advertise bad data. That is not a spending problem. That is a visibility problem, and it is fixable.

  2. Suspended, suppressed or blocked listings

Revenue disappears while cases and appeals sit open. Nobody owns the follow-up.

  3. Buy Box slipping away

Around 98% of Amazon sales go through the Buy Box. Lose it on your best ASIN and the week goes with it.

  4. Stockouts and phantom inventory

Units Amazon cannot find still cost you rank, and rank is expensive to buy back.

  5. Reimbursements shrinking

Since the 2025 policy change, lost and damaged units are reimbursed at manufacturing cost. Most brands never see the gap.

  6. One overloaded Amazon person

Amazon is not one job. It is six or seven jobs wearing a trench coat, and when that person takes a holiday, so does the account.

03What we do, grouped by outcome

One department. Four outcomes.

Pick the whole department or the parts you are missing. Every group is run by specialists who do only that work.

Grow

Growth instead of firefighting.

  • PPC and DSP: Sponsored Products, Brands, Display and DSP
  • SEO and listing optimization
  • Creative: A+ content, storefront, imagery and video testing
  • Pricing, promotions and reviews strategy

Launch

Launches that rank, not just go live.

  • New product launches
  • Marketplace expansion: CA, MX, UK, EU
  • Seller Central and Vendor Central setup
  • Walmart and other marketplaces on request

Fix

The work growth agencies won't touch.

  • Account suspension appeals and ASIN reinstatement, plans of action written for you
  • Suppressed, stranded and blocked listings
  • Account health, policy compliance, hazmat flags and category gating
  • Brand Registry, IP claims, counterfeit and hijacker removal
  • Catalog cleanup, variation and listing errors
  • Vendor Central chargebacks and shortage disputes

Streamline

Rankings are won in weekly routines.

  • Inventory and supply chain: stockouts, phantom inventory, FBA fees, capacity limits
  • Reimbursement recovery and fee audits
  • Weekly Business Review dashboards: Sales, PPC, P&L, Inventory, Returns
  • Full-service account management

Every engagement starts with the 89-point Amazon Business Audit across 8 categories.

04How it works

Audit. Plan. Weekly routine. Scale.

The first ninety days are the same for every brand, because you cannot fix what you have not measured.

  1. Step 01

    Audit

An 89-point scorecard across 8 categories. We show you where revenue leaks and where it is hiding.

  2. Step 02

    Plan

A 90-day plan with owners and dates against every line. Not a slide deck.

  3. Step 03

    Weekly routine

The Weekly Business Review: Sales, PPC, P&L, Inventory, Returns. Five minutes to read, one decision to make.

  4. Step 04

    Scale

Budgets and catalog grow on evidence, not on hope. Winners get more room, losers get retired.

06Why a fractional department

More than one hire. Less than an agency's overhead.

The choice is usually framed as hire someone or retain an agency. Both leave gaps on an account that needs six or seven skills at once.

07Questions serious brands ask

Answers before the call.

If the answer you need is not here, call us. We would rather qualify you out early than sell you a retainer you do not need.

How does pricing work?

One flat monthly retainer, scoped by the departments you actually need. No share of ad spend, no surprise line items. We quote after the audit conversation, once we know what the account needs.

Why a six-month minimum?

Rankings, account health and catalog work compound. Ninety days is where the routine starts paying, six months is where it shows up in the P&L. Shorter engagements flatter the agency and rarely help the brand.

What does onboarding look like?

Week one is the 89-point audit. Week two is the 90-day plan with owners and dates. Week three the weekly routine starts and you get your first Weekly Business Review.

Do you work with Vendor Central as well as Seller Central?

Yes. Seller Central 3P, Vendor Central 1P and hybrid accounts running both, including chargebacks and shortage disputes.

My account or ASIN is suspended or blocked right now. Can you help?

Yes. Call (512) 937-3256 and paste the Amazon notification into step two of the form. Live suspensions get looked at the same day.

We already have a PPC agency. Does that rule us out?

No. Plenty of brands keep their ads team and bring us in for catalog, account health, inventory and reporting. If the ads are the problem, we will say so.

Who is this not for?

Brands under roughly $1M on Amazon, anyone collecting free audits with no intention of engaging, and sellers looking for a vendor to take orders. We work as a department, not a task queue.

Where are you based?

Austin, Texas, at 2720 Bee Caves Rd Suite 202. We work with US brands, and our team also covers Europe and Asia hours.

The next step

We help Amazon brands break through stalled growth.

Step one takes about twenty seconds: name, company, email, phone. Step two is optional and tells us about the account, so the first reply you get is specific instead of generic.

For brands doing $2M to $20M on Amazon and ready to invest. Not for tire-kickers, and that is fine.
