What we do with the details you send us.
Etail Hero runs one form on this page. This notice covers that form and nothing else. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What the form stores
Step one stores your name, company, email address and phone number, and the moment you agreed to be contacted.
Step two is optional. If you complete it we also store your brands, categories, approximate number of ASINs, the challenges you selected, what success looks like to you, and optionally your revenue band, marketplaces and account type.
With every submission we store the page you arrived on, the referring site, any utm parameters in the link, your browser user agent, and a one-way hash of your IP address. The hash lets us block abuse without keeping the address itself.
Why we store it
To reply to you, to prepare for the call, and to keep a record of consent. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to a newsletter.
Your details are visible to the Etail Hero team, and are copied into the CRM we use to track conversations. Email is sent through our own mail relay.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become a conversation are deleted within 24 months. If you become a client, your contact record is kept for the life of the engagement and for as long afterwards as our accounting obligations require.
Cookies and tracking
This page sets no advertising cookies and loads no third-party tracking scripts. The form keeps a short-lived entry in your browser session storage so you can finish step two after a reload. It is cleared when you close the tab.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will action it within 30 days.
